At Destination Lens, we facilitate connections between clients and photographers, aiming to match parties based on mutual suitability. Once clients and photographers establish contact, the platform is not responsible for the following matters:
1. Payment Transactions:
Destination Lens is not involved in payment transactions between clients and photographers. All financial dealings, including payment terms and methods, are the responsibility of the parties involved.
2. Discussions and Agreements:
Any discussions, agreements, or contracts formed between clients and photographers are their own responsibility. Destination Lens is not a party to these agreements and holds no liability for their terms or outcomes.
 
3. Property Damage:
Destination Lens is not liable for any damage to property that may occur during or as a result of photography sessions. Clients and photographers are encouraged to communicate and agree on terms related to the use of equipment and spaces.
 
4. Photographer Services:
Destination Lens does not guarantee the quality, accuracy, or suitability of services provided by photographers. Clients are encouraged to review portfolios, communicate with photographers, and make informed decisions based on their preferences and needs.
 
5. Disputes:
Disputes arising between clients and photographers are to be resolved directly between the involved parties. Destination Lens may, at its discretion, provide a platform for communication but is not obligated to mediate or arbitrate disputes.
 
6. Conduct and Compliance:
Users of Destination Lens are expected to adhere to ethical and legal standards. Any violation of these standards, including inappropriate conduct, infringement of intellectual property rights, or other breaches, may result in account suspension or termination. Everyone must maintain respect and use appropriate language towards each other on the platform. The platform cannot be used to discuss sensitive matters or contain links to sensitive content.
 
7. Privacy and Data Security:
Destination Lens values user privacy and employs security measures to protect user data. Users are encouraged to review our Privacy Policy to understand how personal information is collected, used, and safeguarded.
 
8. Subscription Payments:
No refunds will be issued after payments of subscription fees. If a user wishes to cancel their subscription and prevent automatic renewal for the next cycle, they must notify Destination Lens via destinationlens@gmail.com before the next cycle starts.
 
9. Platform Changes:
Destination Lens reserves the right to make changes to the platform, including features, policies, and terms of service. Users will be notified with sufficient notice of any changes.
 
10. Listing Limitation:
Each photographer is allowed only one active listing on the Destination Lens platform.
 
11. Accuracy of Information:
Photographers joining Destination Lens are required to provide accurate and truthful information during the registration process and to keep their account information updated. Any misrepresentation, inaccuracies, or failure to provide genuine details may result in the suspension or termination of the photographer's account. Destination Lens reserves the right to verify the authenticity of the information provided and take appropriate action in cases of non-compliance.
